I did receive a call from 1-202-800-5685. It did say it was exchangestudent. My wife picked it up and heard a recording say press 1 and then #. She hung up immediately.
But we immediately got a call that said Unknown and had our number. I told her it was probably a scam to get to use our phone to make long distance foreign calls.
