Who called from 2028008625

Got a call from this number claiming they were from the IRS.  That I have legal action pending against me. Didn't say who to call back, just to call the number back.  The caller ID gave the location as Washington DC.  Should I call them back?

NO - It is a scam.  IRS never calls

Caller called my dad's phone claiming to be IRS. Heard a muffled voice. Just deleted the message but wanted to warn others about this.

I received a call saying it was a 2nd attempt and I would have to appear before a federal magistrate if I did not respond
