Received an automated message stating to be from the IRS regarding a lawsuit. I called the number back and got answering machine. I left message stating that I was returning call. Shortly after leaving a message, I received a call back from a guy claiming to be an officer with the IRS, and that he was returning my call. I told him "no, I'm returning your call, but it was before I looked your number up and found that you're a fraudulent caller." Right after I said that, my phone automatically shut down. BEWARE. I got this same bogus call and voicemail. If you lis ten to the voicemail about thee times, you will realize that it is ungrammitical. It speaks of "a lawsuit on you." The IRS files liens before it files suit, if ever.
I almost believed this stupid caller claiming he's an IRS officer. Good thing I called someone regarding this issue. This is a scam. No one needs to settle any legal matter in an hour.
