Who called from 2028131955

This is a bill collector who wont identify themselves as such--scam artists--block them.

I mistakenly picked up this call thinking it was from one of my son's physicians in DC.  Instead it is a debt collector for CorTrust Bank, whom I used to have an account with. They have been blocked now.
