Scammer. Called saying they were some debt collector but didn't have my name correct and wanted me to verify my SSN before they could speak with me.  Shouldn't you know who you're calling if you're collecting on a debt. First of all I pay my bills so I know it can't be a legitimate debt collector and secondly, why on earth would I give you my SSN?  You should block the number if you can.
