Who called from 2028145621

Called at 11:58AM on 3/12/16.  "Unknown Name".  I wasn't here to get call.  No message left.  Another site it was a debt collector.  Doesn't apply to me.

This guy called my home speaking with a thick Indian(?) accent. Couldn't understand what he wanted or why he called. I kept asking who he was trying to reach and he kept repeating "ma'am.. (incoherent words)." Told him to lose my number.

Im tired of all these phone calls from scammers.  All different area codes everyday they call me, never leave a message. When I do answer I tell them to lose my number the person they are looking for is not my name.  There should be a way of blocking all these calls.

Called ant ask for another person. So tried of getting this calls.  Told them that person doesn't live here and loose my number
