Same as above. Message claiming that a lawsuit is being filed against me. IRS doesn't call, they mail. I have never given the IRS my cell phone number, but I have given them my home phone number. These people called my cell phone. Mistake number two.
Robo message claiming to be IRS and filing lawsuit. No names, just generic. I know I dont have any IRS problems but I called the number back, rings a few times and then disconnects.
