Just got one, same scenario, recording saying lawsuit from irs, called back asked he asks for my name. Then I asked verification on who he was, called himself an officer and rattled off a badge number. Then asked if I was a certain person. Total scam. Calling life lock
"IRS" scam caller. Do not engage these "people". Do not answer, do not call them back. Multiple instances of SWATting have been reported when people do.

I've just received a voice mail from this number, called them back; they tell me an arrest warrant has been signed and that I owe $4800 in back taxes for 2009-2014. No one sounds like English is their first language. I asked what courthouse I should appear in and they hung up on me. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
