Same thing happened to me. Does anyone know if it's legit? The recording doesn't mention my name so i'm skeptical.

NOT legit, I'm a professional tax preparer, these are scams, IRS sends letters first, never call first and they certainly do not start off threatening lawsuits, just more loser bottom feeders.

I too got the same message. My vm was informing me of a lawsuit. I'm pretty sure it was a scam since the IRS doesn't jump to lawsuit with no written correspondence, not would it be an automated message.
