I got this exact same message word for word too. Thanks for sharing this because it sounds serious but what on earth have I done to have a legal claim filed against me?! This is such a scam
Received a call from 202-836-8580 stating it was Cornerstone Advisors and that their are 2 allegations against me that will be filed with the County Clerks Office...or they will pursue me at my place of employment or residence...I have the legal right to seek outside of them or get legal representation....and if I am located that I have forfeited my legal right.....I needed to refer to my case # at 866-237-1175 or call them directly and speak with an attorney.....they left no information as to what the legal debt was about or to whom.....
