This is a spoofed, robo-called number on a tie-line from a gang offering different scams, including fixing PCs, reducing interest on credit cards, and IRS threats. The IRS does not call people; they do everything by correspondence or personal contact. While caller Id says Washington DC, the call center is probably in a sewage pond somewhere. Blocked.
called me twice. Said they were the IRS, and they had a warrant for my arrest if I didn't call them back. It was a recording, I hung up on them, put it on auto reject list.
