Who called from 2028369781

Telling me I'm eligible to receive $7000.00. They have called me 5 times today with a hang up every time I have answered. I couldn't understand her. I told her this was a scam and she starts laughing telling me its not. I asked for them to remove my number and to not call me back. I've had to block this number.

Has been calling every 30 minutes, even with the number blocked! Called number back and it is no longer in service. Bad phone number + no brains = criminal.

Have received  six calls within 4 hours from this number. No messages left. caller ID name: Unassigned

They call 5 times a day. Told them to take me off their calling list. I will report them. Guy was very very rude and then hung up.
