They did the same thing to me! I was furious and when I spoke with the girl, I was like well who gave it and she said it was online. When I said no one in my home had a problem and to stop calling me she said they must have input the number wrong and hung up. So [***] frustrating.
this call was identified as a VOIP call. Looked up VOIP and it is a internet based call system that Wikipedia says the Social Security Administration is changing to. Since I'm retired just wondering if it was SSA or a scam call. They didn't leave a message.
I would doubt social security would call and if they did I would certainly think that they would leave a message......it's a SCAM CALL AND WHEN THE VOIP IS USED IT IS A COVER UP FOR WHO THEY ACTUALLY ARE! GET A LIFE PEOPLE STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!
