David Carter with heavy foreign accent claiming to be an officer from irs threatening you and that you and your lawyer must call back immediately after the message and if u don't he wishes you good luck on what is about to come upon you....total fraud and scam... 202-803-7407 ( if you are surprise to hear from the irs then it's not them )
Call from David Carter demanding a call back of else sort of call claiming he is from IRS, total fraud!! Call back number he said to call is 202-803-7407.
I received a very disturbing call a couple of days ago from this alleged IRS officer Jason O'Connor stating that if myself or my attorney didn't call him back right away he cannot do anything as the situation badly unfolds upon me. I called him back 3x, no call back.
Today i received another call claiming to be the local police department letting me know that they were on their way to my office to pick me up at my office and arrest me, still no specific information. I disagreed with him and told him Mr. O'Connor never called me back. He asked me if i knew anything about the offense (I said no) and that I needed to call Mr. O'Connor now.
I called him and he sounded like the same guy!! and started off letting me know that our conversation was being recorded and I couldn't interrupt him while he explains what I’m being charged with. After an audit, I owed $4568 and after several failed attempts in 2015 to get a hold of me, it has now turned into a warrant for my arrest. He described 4 federal offenses (tax violation 63318, some internal rev code violation, thief and willful defiance) and gave me the option of either getting charged and arrested or paying them today!!
I told him I needed to go to the computer and check my balances and would call him back. He said absolutely not, I could not hang up and I could not tell anyone about this matter because it would be a another federal offense!! I put the phone on speaker and joined the finance manager to the conversation to verify never receiving any documentation from the IRS, he yelled at me not to include anyone then hung up. I called the local police and reported the incident, I reported it on the IRS Scam website and now writing about it to anyone who listens.
Officer Jason O'Conner just left me a voicemail in a foreign accent, but strangely Indian, not Irish. Same message, same implicit threat. Think they have at least picked a more suitable name.
