Being tortured by a call from this number.  Area code is Washington D.C.  Suspect it is a collection agency spoofing the number

it's possible it's a UK number with 0202 is a London number...
but it's more likely a spoofed number

but 44 202 could be a UK London Area prefix...

Very irritating!!, They called and talked very rudely asking about me, as soon as i said no one form this name lives here they hung up with out saying sorry or anything.
