Also received this call saying "urgent or I will be sorry" pretending to be IRS. They don't speak english well. This is fraudulent and what they're doing is illegal.
Left a message for me saying "urgent or I will be sorry". Called the number back and had a conversation with someone who could not speak english very well telling me I had warrants for fraud and tax evasion. When I asked him where he was calling from, told me Alabama. I said that wasn't true, he said well actually it was Washington DC. I asked him another question and he hung up on me.
