Recorded message about me about to be brought up on tax fraud charges and to call them before the government takes action against me.

Here is the script that is played, so if anyone has a call they know it's the same one, and not to worry:

The nature and the purpose of this call is regarding an enforcement action which has been executed by the U.S. Treasury Department regarding a tax fraud against your name. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. So, before this matter goes to the federal claims court house, or before you get arrested, kindly call us back on our number as soon as possible.
The number to reach us is 202-846-0368. Let me repeat the number again 202-846-0368. Hope to hear from you soon before the charges are pressed against you, thanks.".

Exactly the same message regarding a tax fraud against my name. Same warning threatening me with arrest if I don't call them back.

This is the exact message.  This was a women who called.
