I got TWO calls from this # yesterday (5-31-16) and both times they did not bother to leave a message. Out of my area code # that I don't know plus they didn't leave a message = spam or scam. If you don't leave a message then you're NOT legit. It's either a telemarketer or a scam. Seems once one of these types get your # they sell it to others who do the same annoying thing.
Got call telling me I was awarded $7000 grant. Hard to understand because of heavily accented English. Said they were with Grants and Treasury Departments, and Health and Human Services. Seemed like a scam so I said NO!
