This is from a Real Estate investment firm that wants to buy your house, no out of pocket expenses to you, they pay all closing costs. They sent out a post card a day or two before the first call, and refer to the post card in their recorded message. Caller ID says Washington DC, but the caller says he his Joey from Julie's office. The card is from a Julie Hicks, at 5950 Bethelview Rd. in [***] GA. That address comes up as Kimberly Yates Real Estate. The post card is also a bit intimidating. It says THIRD NOTICE. I received no cards before this one.
I have received 6 calls from this number. Pre-recorded same recording every time. I don't even own any property. Very vague no details about what property they are talking about. Not sure how they even got my number.
The call is from a man saying he wants to buy your property for cash. I'm not sure where they get your number but I am suspicious of anyone calling me out of the blue. I will block the caller
