this guy claims to be a diplomat from us embassy Ecuador claiming he has a 280000 dollar check to deliver to my doorstep but wants me to send money to the us embassy in Ecuador to a john morgan whom I already sent money to deliver this check aske him to supply me with a photo copy so far none has been produced  be aware of this ok.
