Caller ID's themselves as Rachel then advises you to hit button 1 to talk or 2 to be removed. The caller won't remove themselves and therefore keeps calling. Also it is to lower your CREDIT CARD Interest amount down to around 6%. I say SCAM !!! I called the # back Hit the button 1 to talk to someone and it goes to a " please leave a message prompt ". On top of all this the woman gave me attitude right off the bat. Again I say SCAM!!!
Rachael saying to press 1 to lower your credit card rate. Left a message of machine. First of all, they do not name themselves as your credit card holder ie: Capital One, Discover. Just "credit card services" I am sure if you talk with anyone there, they will request all your credit card info and then some. I say SCAM!!!! Beware
3rd call this week from Rachel!!!!!!!! (always a different spoofed #) to lower my credit card rates. I don't carry balances on my credit cards so I really don't care what the rates are!!! Since there is apparently NO way to stop this, I always press 1 and tell them to F-off and they do!!! click!
