left same message.. Looks to me like a scam

I just got one of those calls from Eric Foster. I was suspicious right away and thats how I found this consumer alert. The number that I got a call from was from Buffalo, NY (716)200-1196.

I got the same call today. July 18, 2014. I'm a senior almost scared me into heart attack. Threatened me told me time sensitive, told me to have my attorney call him. He called himself Officer Gary a Foster from the IRS.I DIDNT CALL HIM BACK. My husband Sid it was a scam.

I received a threatening voicemail from a  man saying if I didn't call back 1-301. 707-1763 that I would be facing legal troubles in the future. When I called him he said the IRS is doing an investigation on me. I asked him his name he said Officer Gary Foster and that the US Marshalls will be coming to arrest me to contact my lawyer and Pray to Jesus that he will save me. This is just Wrong on so many levels. Ridiculous
