I got this message from them too...really freaked me out until I saw all the other posts. I was so glad others posted so I figured I would pay it forward. Hope it helps someone.

Received the same message described above a few hours ago at my home number in Chicago, IL. The caller was a woman with Indian or Pakistani accent. Asked to call this number back or else "have a good life because otherwise law enforcement will be at your door steps shorty." Clearly a scam.
Got the same call and message I called back it sounded funny told him send me info in mail. Then read this page and called back and threatened them and they kept hanging up
I received the same call from some recording with an Indian accent, threatening me. He said that of I didn't call back there would be officers at my doorstep. I called immediately, then the CSR told me I had been charge in a case by the IRS. When I began to laugh, he hung up. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP.
Got a call from this number 3 years after my husbands death to the day. They told me they could take everything I had, told they could freeze my bank account, Stop my Social Security, and have someone at my home on 30 mins. Also told my phones were bugged. They were very Rude. Not only did I get a man calling also a woman. Was told not to tell anyone not even my family.
