Same msg and they wish me luck by calling for my attorney. Call sounds like the scam reported before and the IRS is filing a criminal case against me. The IRS NEVER send notice by phone msg. The government agency sends notices via snail mail.
we received a call from this number, but didn't answer. I called back from my cell phone and a guy sounding answered. I asked what the business was, and he asked my name. I asked him again saying we got a call. He said the IRS. I laughed at him, and he hung up. I called back again, asking the same question. A woman this time had answered, she said the US Treasury. I asked why would you be calling, and she also hung up. I called again, and a different guy answered. When I asked him what business this was, he said Domino's. I said, Oh Dominos would be calling us. What BS. He told me to shut up so I told him to F off. He hung up. Each person answering had a middle eastern accent, and I could hear sounds in the background which made me to believe they were calling out of their home. I called again tonight, and it says the Verizon subscriber was not available.
Left voice message at 7am to call the number back because a law suit has been filed against me. Said "she" needs to hear from me or my attorney or else...good luck to me. It was a computer-generated voice. Someone should throw their a_ _ in jail! Now blocked.
