i am thinking its confirming that these are valid numbers
(someone answers) to update someones list to sell.

its just too many robo-calls with no message, no selling, nothing.
has to be about confirming who answers on a database of valid numbers.

Called our office number, picked up, and they didn't say anything at all.  Just silence.

suspect its a bus. loan scammer
