debt collector calling themselves Impact Mediation. Googled them no website. I asked for an address and a website, neither which they could give me. She was trying to tell me I'd go to court and etc..knowing that Payday loans are illegal here in Washington, DC. She hung up quickly.
I am getting constant harassment from these people stating they are from Impact Mediation and collecting on a defaulted payday loan from 2011. They have called my family ect.
Ignore and block the calls. Long history of debt scamming on 800notes. Most likely an off-shore Caribbean-based debt scamming operation, call from a variety of numbers and CIDs.
I just got a call from a different number at work. 434-234-9909 saying its Mediation and some charges r being brought up against me. Funny the number on my cell is what u all have listed here. the 202 number. Didnt answer but listened to the VM its the same person. I just happened to answer my work phone and when this chick said Mediation I just hung up. NOW she is calling back 2 back. She's called back like 6/7 times. I just click and hang up.
