It's a fake number period. Found out no phone company has issued this number at all.
One web with complaints on this number says caller wanted to know who they're speaking with. Person who received the call asked who the caller wanted. Caller hung up. Then caller called same person back the next day asking for some random name. Receiver said no such person is there. Caller says prove it. Receiver person hung up.
