Threatened legal action and arrest for fraudulent tax returns from 2006 to 2012 and the male caller "Ricardo Perez" said he couldn't believe that anyone would ignore repeated attempts to settle a tax debt and that I now have an arrest warrant out for my arrest, I told him, while I was being recorded, that they know where I live and will be waiting. I just worried about senior citizens being scared by his very aggressive tactics and may succumb to this type of pressure. I'm already pursuing legal action and reporting to the IRS, state attorney generals office and my attorney. Just stand up and fight them every time, it's worth the effort trust me.
I received a message from this number threatening to have me arrested if I didn't get in touch with them immediately. Said I owed federal tax money. I instantly tried to call back was scared to death. Number was busy. I then goggled the number and thankfully I did. I can't believe people could be so ruthless. I hope this person gets what he deserves a trip to the prison he threatened to have me sent to.
