Illegal recorded message that IRS is filing a lawsuit, and call back immediately.
Reported to IRS CID.

Claims they are the IRS and need me to call them with personal identifying data because of an overdue tax bill.

IRS scam-ignore it and do not call them back.

I received a call from this number today...its a recording, saying that IRS file a lawsuit against me. Asking to call them back immediately !
SCAM and HARRASHMENT !

Same here and since when does the IRS warn people they are going to be sued, without an audit. I sure hope people are not falling for this one!!!
