UNsolicited telemarketing calls

got the call didn't answer it.  thanks for all your posts to be helpful to other people

This number is assigned to the National Organization for Marriage (http://www.nationformarriage.org/site/c.omL2KeN0LzH/b.3836955/k.BEC6/Home.htm) which is an anti-same sex marriage lobbying group.   Got my first call from them tonight.  They are exempt from Do Not Call lists.  Most [***] are.

Recieved a call from this number (1-202-870-5955), was not home at the time, they left a message. This is the message: Obama....survey...maybe I'll call back. This was really annoying. Not professional at all, sounds really fishey. I would reccomend anyone not to talk with these people.

Some political crap, they call constantly and they call on a business line.

Not only is it annoying but it ties my business line, potentially costing me business.

Can I sue? May be i should look into it.
