Well, waddaya know!! Somebody called and finally left a message, unfortunately, I couldn't understand a word he said. All gibberish. However, Caller I.D. shows "Dept of Treasur" Gee, I certainly hope it isn't some part of the IRS threatening to sue me for unpaid taxes. What I DO know, however, is that if it was in fact the Treasury Dept. or IRS or some other government agency. they would send a letter first, not phone. On another note, I have received at least two, and maybe more, from the 202 area code.
They have called so many times. This is a SCAM and they want to give me 7000 dollars????Really??. It is somewhat scary to know that those thieves know all your information. She knew my cell phone number, full name, home address. She asked me some questions which I could not understand ( heavy accent) so I decided to hang up. I blocked them from my cell phone/reject calls.
