Received a call from this number, I did not recognize it so I did not answer. Did not leave a voicemail, tried to call back and says the number is not a working number. I assume it is some type of scam as it is coming from a DC area code and I am not from anywhere near that area.

Picked up the phone at work, which is irritating in itself, then whoever was on the other end wasn't speaking any language I've ever heard. VERY annoying to be bothered at work. I wonder when all of the BS will stop.
Ask to speak to a boss hang up. Say they are from U.S. Tax office I Washington DC. I laughed and adk to be removed from call list. They call everyday 2-3 times. WTF
This is definitely a scammer with poor phone equipment and poorly trained personnel. It would be nice if they could almost speak English. I am getting 5-10 calls per day from them.
