This number calls often. When I answered and stated that I was on a 'Do Not Call" list, the person repeated just my name (in an effort to have me respond with "yes" - DO NOT DO THAT--THEY RECORD YOUR ANSWER for fraudulent activity)
Call saying i am entitled to a government grant from the treasury department. Clearly a Scam, i tell them i will report them to the actual treasury department, they stopped calling for a few months but have started again.
