I received two calls from this number today. The first one came in at 10:45 AM. I did not recognize the number, so I didn't answer. The second call came at 1:19 PM, & I decided to answer. I heard a man with a foreign sounding voice call my name, and there was a whole lot of noise in the background. I told him I couldn't understand him, said "Bye" and hung up. If I get another call from this #, I'll report and maybe borrow "Wondering's" idea for reply. Anyway, this is obviously not a legitimate call, but a scam based on other reports.
This number called me six times today and I finally answered on the seventh call. I told her if this is a family emergency she could keep calling me if it was not I'm asking her to not call me any longer she replied, I will not stop calling you and she hung up on me.
