I have told this "rude arrogant and miserable" woman to stop threatening me and do what ever the next step is in their process.  That infuriates her. There is no next step, there is no warrant, there is no arrest.  She is mad because you are not falling for her lie.

Same as above.  Has now called a prior landlord looking for me and asking for my address.  Left personal information on a generic voicemail.  I have looked at my credit report nothing on it from them.
Today she left a vm saying I will be going to court and could be jail time up to 20 years and 1 million dollar fine.  No mail from this company no nothing.
Had a lawyers office look them up and its is old debt that was sold off and they are now trying to collect it by scare tactics.
