Well, aren't you the special one who has the "Fuzzy" balls to get on this post and tell people to start paying there bills! Second call in a week stateing that a complaint has been filed against me and that I failed to appear and that either me or my lawyer need to call immediately to resolve matter. Was give a different number to call back beginning with 844. No documentation has ever been dent nor givin to me to legitimize this claim. Had taken out a pay day loan a couple years back that I paid off countless of times only to realize I had scammed, now this new group called premier group is doing the same as other so called debt collecters.
This number has been calling me non stop stating that I'm non compliant and missed court and than gave me a dif # to call back. I gave my card info and than realized they were trying to scam me and canceled my card. I have never received any lagit paper work to lagitamize this claim and they refuse to send me an invoice to my email or any legal documentation to back there claim. I contacted winnebago county and they said I have nothing pending and no missed court dates. They are still calling and even swearing at me calling me a " [***] pig for canceling my card" this is a joke
I received a call from this number stating I didn't show up for court and that myself or my attorney needs to call a different number. They gave me a case number. I have never received anything by mail. I'm assuming this is some kind of scam
Have received several calls within the last few weeks from 202-887-0932 with no messages. On Friday 8/7/15 I answered the call and it was a recorded message in a woman's voice stating the there was a failure to appear warrant issued at my county and no name provided as to who the notice was for. I hung up. This has been bugging me so I googled the number and subject and got several hits regarding scams. I called the number back today and it rang over 10 times before finally going to voice mail. The greeting was in a man's voice stating he was agent Michael Blackwood and to leave a message with a case number for a return call. Not sure if the original caller was calling from this number or if it was spoofed? Strange.
These people are scammer. In January they called me claiming to be from Plumbo and Gram. Stated that I owed from a payday loan. Now they are calling me claiming they are Solomon and Beaumont and trying to say that I have a balance from an overdrawn account at Chase bank dated in 2013. I contacted Chase bank, they deal with their own debts. My account with them was closed in 2010, and I don't have a balance owed. Here is some info on the scammers calling, http://www.imsrecovery.net/index.html and they have multiple phone numbers (probably a phone app). The number they have been calling me from are 202-640-5926, 202-887-0932, 617-714-0762, 844-204-3451. If you receive a phone call and are unsure about the "debt" they are claiming you owe, please contact the original debtor. Also remember that you must be served IN PERSON or by certified mail, NEVER by phone. These people need to be stopped.
