Got the same call on my cell about the political survey. I made a contact in my contacts list called Blocked Calls and tagged it with a ring tone of dead silence. If they call again I will not hear it and not even stop to look to see who called. I have about 100 other numbers on my Blocked Call List. It's gotten so bad I pay AT&T 4,95 per month to list my cell as a child's phone which allows me to block 30 numbers. I block those numbers that keep calling.
This is a scam number, that is using a survey to extort money. Tonight they are using the name Americans in combat PAC. Using the current IRS scandal to say they are raising money to fight the IRS. I know better than that and could tell by the way the worded their spiel.
