Who called from 2028883930

I qualified for $280,000 grant from US Govt.  I was given an account number and told to call 202-888-3930. This was
suppose to be the World Bank. I was told that a fee of $24,000 needed to be paid before I could receive the $280,000.

I was called and told I was okay'd for a grant of $580,000.00 that I had to pay $50,000. to get it

I was called and told i was okay'd for a grant of 580k  that i had to 20k advance the remainder 60k rebursed [71k][15-30]after it is disbussed
