Calls both of my business lines at the exact time every day at 4pm. No one is on the line.

Quit the calls now !! Calling police report it as harassment.

This was the standard "lower your interest rate" scam.  I tied up the loser for about 10 minutes until he lost his cool and hung up.  If you try to scam me, I'll have fun with you and cost you valuable time in the process.
