My mom got a call from a guy (with a foreign accent) stating that if she went to a local western union she would recive $9, 000 if she sent him $200..he then gave her a code (za123).and refuse to give her the rest until she got into local western union and give him number saying his money was on the way.and he would put his boss on the phone with a bank teller.

I got this phone call too. except it came from an unknown number and then I got a code and a promise that this would be transferred to me through western union... He told me to call the 202-899-9031 (which is supposedly the United States Treasury) to confirm my code so that they can get me my money.
I haven't called and don't think I'm going to. This sounds extremely shady.
I got a phone call from this same number 202 899 9031 telling me I had won 9,200. But I had to send them 200 dollars to cover a registration fee and that after I send them I would get my 200 dollars back pulse the 9,200. I told him I don't have 200 dollars to send can you just take it off the money I won and just send me the rest, the guy said no I had to go a western union or money gram and when I'm outside the store to call him. I told him I have no way to come out with 200 dollars then what happens he says my money gets put on hold. He told me to call him back when I was ready and to ask for Kelvin Marshall. I would like to report this person.
