Just received a call.. number blocked, female with a thick foreign accent... informing me that I won a US Government Grant of $10,000.00, first says Dept of Commerce, even went as far as using President Obama's name and for me to call this number - I was even given a Grant ID #.... NOT!

I recieved a call about 30 mins ago its now 1706 Guam time... It was a Middle Eastern sounding woman telling me I got a FedGrant from some kind of Obama Plan... I called the number but, no answer... it said to leave a message... WTH!
