says from washington,d.c. and doesn't leave message

I answered it. It was a women and they asked to speak to me but before that they didn't say who they were or why they were calling and didn't leave a message either. So I don't trust it...

I just called the number back and it said this number is not in service......

this number keeps calling and does not leave messages

Number called, didn't leave a message, called back was promoted that the number wasn't active.
