Who called from 2032012000

I got a similar call and lodge a complaint with the police.
I also registered the phone number with do-not-call at www.donotcall.gov
to avoid future calls. I am emailing all my contacts NOT to use DISH NET not matter what they offer.

Calls, doesn't respond to "hello" or anything, call ends at 30 seconds.  Called 3 times in a row...called the number back and "number has been disconnected" message plays.

Call showed up on caller ID.   No message.

This phone number called my cell phone twice at 1:08 AM.

When a calling party/carrier has not provided CLID or modified it to an unusable format, the calling party number is substituted with the NPANXX for the switch through which the call is being routed. 2032012000 is a switch facility in Connecticut.
