Who called from 2032427889

I'm 12 I got a call from them you think there maybe a toll free call?

They are most definitely NOT a toll free call.

I am reporting unwanted calls. When I ask them to take my name of the call list they hang up on me

Rang once on my cell phone, then hung up. Annoying! The end

received a call from this number.  missed it no message. On all telemarketing calls I announce "This call is being recorded"
they always hang up.
