got robocall on my Cell from 203-264-4499 caller ID said "NO NAME" on Monday 03-26-14 @ 729 PM

Jay-C Designs Inc. (203) 264-4499. 95 Willenbrock Road Oxford CT 06478).
Live male caller said he was from a Company I believe he called "SAG mortgage" calling about my "SAG loan".
I decided to play along with this guy and answered all his questions positively (giving fake info). He then said that he would transfer me to a loan officer as he was a qualiifer. I told him "OK". He said just hang on a few seconds while he transferred me. I said "All right". I counted 1 second , then 2 second and then hung up and added to my Block List..
Within 5 minutes they called back but the call went right to my cell Block List !!!
