Who called from 2032724751

Didn't pick up.  They called last night and hung up after four rings; tonight (@7pm) I simply let it ring, even though it rang more than 20x !!!

This pain in the backside outfit phoned 4 times within 20 minutes yesterday.  Caller ID says Cheshire CT.  Since I don't recognize the caller, I don't answer the call.  Why would anyone answer it?  Don't waste your time.

The call ended with 'Cox Communications' and busy signal beeps...

Calls and hangs up on the answering machine. Don't know yah , I don't answer it. Simple really.
