I got two calls from 203-345-1266 but no message left. Later found out that Cable vision is trying to get my feedback on the installation. In the first place the Technician never arrived to install. I waited three hours at home and called the customer service twice to confirm the appointment, as per Customer service " The Technician is running late, but will be on site to install the cable TV". This Company is the Monopoly, no competitor ( since the Apartment does not allow Dish Antenna)you are at their mercy. The Law makers are busy collecting their fund from Lobbyist. God Help America.
I am concerned and would like to report this 203-345-1266 number as a number to be very weary of. Although it says cablevision and very well may be a number owned by Cablevision, they call, leave no message and then if you ever answer, they simply hang up. I believe it is someone at this number trying to identify when a homeowner is home so then your home becomes a target for burglary. This has happened to me a week after a technician came over to check on my service and set up my TV's and computer. I have reported this to local police department and all others receiving calls from this number should do the same...and be sure to install a home security system as soon as you order cable.
Call CABLEVISION Corporate Customer Relations at 516-803-2300 and file a complaint.
THEN, take photos of your caller ID and take Cablevision to court for harrassing you via phone. If found 'guilty', the FCC will fine Cablevision THOUSANDS of DOLLARS for each incident.
