called at 4am and told me my son was on the xbox saying inappropriate things to other people, claimed they were from xbox live and my sons name was going to be banned and that my credit card was going to be used to pay for all the damages he had caused.  my son was not on the xbox, they gave the wrong gamer tag name, and kept asking for my name and my sons name.  i called the number from another phone and they answered with a hello, i could tell it was the same voice, said his name was John and his son Anthony  was playing with his cell phone and must have called me by accident. told them I was filing a law suit against them and also calling the police for harassment charges. needless to say, they have not called my cell phone again.
