Who called from 2034029186

This annoying cell phone number has called two days in a row (thank you caller ID).  If I don't know a caller, I let them listen to voice mail.  If it's legitimate I'll call back.

They're baaaaaaaaaaaack.  Another call from these pains in the [***] today at 10:50 a.m.  My next move is the electronic complaint to the F.C.C.

I have had a couple of voicemail's from this number saying " Hi this is Sally please call me back at 203-402-9186  These are coming to my company phone so I have to listen to them to get rid of them.  Annoying

I don't think it's PAL because the calls have been coming for a long time. I don't think a fund raising campaign would go on as many weeks as I have been getting calls. And if you call the number back I think it says "this caller has not set up a mail box." If you were raising money, you would certainly make yourself available, don't you think?
