Energy company telling me about my electric bill and getting it reduced/changed and wanted info... only info I gave was that he was a scammer because although my phone starts with (203) I live in CA!

This number has called me for several weeks now, at varying times of day and night. They called today at 11am, but hung up when the answering machine picked up. It is a scam call.
